Here you will find, amongst other services, very useful self-help sheets on areas such as dealing with exams, successful time management, tricks for improving your concentration skills etc.  Some new programmes introduced by the service include My Mind Matters and CALM (available to staff and students - an online multimedia programme available 24/7/365).
