Undergraduate Non-EU Students: Orientation and Registration
Undergraduate Orientation and Registration 2011
Registration and orientation for the 2011-2012 academic year runs from 5th September to 16th September. Classes begin on Monday 19th September 2011.
Graduate Entry to Medicine Orientation and Registration will take place September 1st and 2nd with term beginning September 5th 2011.
Registration and orientation is a 3 step process. You are required to attend all 3 steps of registration and orientation.
3 Step Process:
- Step 1: Pre-registration
- Step 2: Registration Part 1
- Step 3: Orientation and Registration part 2 combined
Step 1 - Pre-registration:
The purpose for pre-registration is for verification of original documents. All students must be present for Pre-registration to be eligible for Registration Part 1
Please bring the following documentation with you to Pre-registration:
- UCC Offer Letter
- Birth Certificate or Passport
- Evidence of fee payment/sponsorship letter
- Original academic documents required for admission (e.g. Transcripts, Graduation Certificates, IELTS, etc.)
Failure to present originals of the above documentation may prevent you being registered
Step 2 - Registration Part 1:
Registration Part 1 consists of registering online with a unique PIN (Personal Identification Number) which is issued to each student at registration part 1.
Please bring the following documentation with you to Registration Part 1:
- UCC Offer Letter
Please note that your tuition fees must be paid in full prior to registration. If you are being sponsored, please bring your sponsorship letter with you.
Step 3 - Orientation and Registration Part 2:
Please bring the following documentation with you to Orientation and Registration Part 2:
- Confirmation of registration document (which you will receive at registration part 1)
- UCC Offer Letter
- Birth Certificate or Passport
- Evidence of fee payment/sponsorship letter

Registration details are sent to each student by email. Please contact the International Education Office if you have not yet received details about your registration.

Essential Information Session
An Essential Information Session will be held on Thursday 15th at 17.00 in Boole 1 Lecture Theatre.
