Approval of Courses/Learning Agreement

Please keep in close contact with your departmental coordinator at UCC regarding your courses at your host university. If you encounter any problems, it is important that you contact UCC immediately.

On arrival at your host university and after you have selected the required number of modules you should complete a Erasmus Learning Agreement (14kB). The completed learning agreement must be signed by the host institution and then returned to your UCC academic coordinator for approval. Please ensure you register all your courses with your host university as UCC will require your examination results at the end of the academic year. Please note some universities will send a transcript of record directly to UCC but only on request from the student. Therefore, please ensure you complete the necessary paperwork at your host university. Students studying in Germany should note that they will be required to collect their "scheine" at the end of semester 1 and 2.
