Procedure for activating your UCC NetID

To activate your UCC NetID please contact the Helpdesk with the following information:

-          Your name

-          Your UCC staff number

Once your details have been verified by the Helpdesk,  a call will be logged to activate your NetID account.

When complete, you will receive an email from the Helpdesk with your UCC NetID.

Your password will be relayed to you via phone.
