  Nomination form for Chairperson of the Staff Sports and Social Club 2010 

Point 4 of the Constitution of the UCC Staff Sports and Social Club states that the position of Chairperson shall be rotated on an annual basis between academic, administrative and technical staff. Following an academic chair in 2007, an administrative chair in 2008, and a technical/services chair in 2009, the Club is now seeking nominations from academic staff for the position of Chairperson of the Club in 2010. If you are a member of the Staff Sports and Social Club and are interested in this position, please complete the following form in full and return to Catherine Maguire, Vice-Chairperson and Treasurer, UCC Staff Sports and Social Club, 4 Carrigside, College Road, Cork, to be received by close of business on Friday 4th December 2009.

The Chairperson shall be appointed by means of a secret ballot at the AGM at 1pm in Tower room 1 on Thursday 10th December 2009. The term of office for this position is one year.
