The document had been compiled as report from some activities abroad, in particular the teaching at Eötvös Loránd University, Szociális Munka és Szociálpolitika Tanszékthe in Budapest towards the end of 2007. The in part personal information and in general pesonal account had been written not least as contribution to a “virtual teaching” of the students of the Higher Diploma course in Social Policy at the Department of Applied Social Studies at University College of Cork. For these reasons, some statements may be difficult to understand due to a lack of understanding the context. However, other information may well be of general interest.
