IMPORTANT Computer Centre Notice - Bogus Emails

There are a number of bogus emails circulating at the moment purporting to originate from what appear to be bona fide sources within UCC and pertaining to the operation of your email account. The subject line typically states that "CONFIRM YOUR UCC.IE EMAIL ACCOUNT NOW" or "University College Cork", and the message itself encourages you respond to the email with your password among other things.
Do not follow the instructions contained in these emails. Please delete them immediately.
If you have replied to such an email please reset your password immediately. If you need instruction on how to do this please email sit@ucc.ie
