Biography

Education – Thanasit received a BEng in Civil Engineering from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand and an MEng in Water Resources Engineering from the same University. He also received an MEngSc in Sustainable Energy from University College Cork (UCC), Ireland. He is currently conducting his PhD research in Biofuels & Bioenergy at UCC.

 

 

Working experience – After the completion of his studies in Thailand Thanasit was appointed by the Thai Royal Irrigation Department, Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, to work as a hydrologist. His main task was focused at flood forcasting of the Chao Phraya river basin in Thailand. His interest in the construction sector was challenged when he accepted a position as an engineerer at Italthai Trevi Co.Ltd., in Bangkok.
