Responsibility:
I organise the Process Engineering Laboratory Program catering for over 200 students covering 12 engineering modules and in excess of 72 different practicals. Some of my duties include:
- Organisation preparation and sale of laboratory manuals,
- Development of laboratory schedules,
- Supervision of laboratory demonstrators,
- Laboratory equipment maintenance scheduling.
My research expertise is in the areas of Food Equipment Hygiene and design, Evaporator Concentrate Densities, Thermal Properties of Food Powders and Flow Properties of Powders.
