Irish Phenomenological Circle

Ireland hosts an exceptionally high number of philosophers who are influenced by the phenomenological tradition and its various approaches. The newly established IPC aims to bring together these philosophers as well as researchers from other disciplines in order to consolidate a national network of peers and in order to represent phenomenological research in Ireland to other national and international networks and organisations.

As this is an emergent organisation, we would expect its aims and objectives, as well as its structure, to reflect the interests and the perspectives of its constituent members. We would therefore welcome your ideas and opinions on the following issues:

• What the IPC should seek to achieve
• The nature of its organisational structure
• Its immediate and long-term goals
