Note: the recent benchmarking reports issued in January 2013 also include an action score card and summary of issues for each of the participating F.A arising from their most recent (2011) year benchmarking reports.
(Two Functional Areas did not submit 2011 FA reports by the deadline and accordingly did not receive a benchmarking feed back report. As of February 2013, these two Functional Areas did subsequently submit a report for 2011 after being required to do so by the Governing Body ).
