Quantitative Analysis of Neonatal EEG
This section provides free access to Matlab code and neonatal EEG data that has been used for the quantitative EEG analyses quoted in selected NBRG publications. A list of these publications can be found here. Please click on the highlighted description (in blue) to download a zip file containing Matlab code and data.
All software is distributed under the GNU General Public License. All neonatal EEG data have had patient information removed in accordance with both University and Hospital ethics.
This zip file relates to the article published in Annals of Biomedical Engineering in 2010. The zip file contains a database of neonatal EEG seizure and background, the Matlab code used to fit these data to several newborn EEG models and a Matlab file that simulates newborn EEG data.
This zip file relates to the article published in Medical Engineering and Physics in 2012. The zip file contains Matlab code to compute the Nonstationary Frequency Marginal outlined in this paper.
