We, the Governing Body of University College, Cork, under and by virtue of the powers in that behalf conferred on us by the said Act, Do by this present instrument under the Seal of University College, Cork, make the Statute contained in the Schedule hereof for the general government of the said College.

Statutes I. to CXIV. of University College, Cork shall be read and construed with the additions, modifications and amendments hereinafter set forth.
The Annual stipend of each of the part-time lectureships set out in this Chapter shall, as from 1 April, 1977, be as set out in Column A and shall, as from 1 November, 1977, be as set out in Column B.

The provisions of this Chapter shall take effect provided that adequate financial funds are provided to the College by Allied Irish Banks Ltd. to defray the cost of the annual stipend, pension provision and related expenses of the Professorship referred to herein.
The Professorship of Management, established by Statute C., Chapter VIII., as amended by Statute CXII., Chapter II., shall henceforth, subject to the provisions of section 3 of this Chapter, be known as the "Allied Irish Banks Professorship of Management (Business Policy and Marketing)".
In the event of the Allied Irish Banks Ltd. ceasing to provide adequate financial funds to the College for the purposes specified in section I of this Chapter, the aforesaid Professorship shall thenceforth be known as "Professorship of Management (Business Policy and Marketing)".
This Statute shall be construed with and as part of Statutes I. to CXIV. of University College, Cork and may be cited as Statute CXV. of University College, Cork or Stat. CXV. of Univ. Coll. Cork.
This Statute shall come into operation on the twentieth day of October, 1977.
