Erasmus Student Nomination - Home University Nomination Procedure 2013/2014
Please nominate your students using e-Nomination. To nominate your students, please follow the link: http://moveonnet.eu/mymoveonnet/enomination
To proceed with the e-nomination you will be asked to register. This is free of charge. E-Nomination simplifies the student nomination process for the International Education Office and keeps students updated about the status of their nomination.
Nomination Deadline
Autumn Semester/Full Academic Year: 10th May 2013
Spring Semester: 4th October 2013
Application Process - 2013/2014 academic year
The following information is for European students who are applying to study at University College Cork under the Erasmus programme. In order to study at UCC as an Erasmus student, your home university must have an Erasmus bilateral agreement with UCC for the subject area you wish to study while here.
You must be first nominated by your home university - your International Office will email the International Education Office at UCC to confirm your nomination. You will then receive an email from UCC explaining how to apply and what documents you need.
The application procedure is as follows:
1. In order to apply please complete UCC's Online Application Form
Please ensure that you complete the application form correctly. After the application data has been submitted online, your application will be created as a PDF-Document which you must print and have signed by your institutional coordinator.
2. Students are also required to complete an online Learning Agreement
Please print the completed learning agreement and have it signed by your coordinator(s).
The application form and learning agreement must be posted along with the following document:

Closing Date for Applications
The closing date for applications for the Full Year/Autumn Semester is Friday, 7th June 2013. The closing date for applications for the Spring Semester is Friday, 25th October 2013.
