The Centre for Diet and Health Research is a joint venture between University College Cork (UCC) and University College Dublin (UCD). The Principal Investigator is Professor Ivan Perry, Head of Department of Epidemiology and Public Health, located at the Brookfield Health Sciences Complex, College Road, Co. Cork, Ireland.
