Note re Orientation for New Staff
The overall objective of orientation is to help new staff assimilate into their surroundings and new position as quickly as possible. Orientation aims to introduce new staff to the University, its structures, procedures and community. Although many of you joining UCC will have experience of working practices in other universities, it is imperative for all new staff to gain knowledge of specific policies and practices in this institution. Orientation is also an opportunity to network with others commencing their career at UCC.
