IRISH CENTRE FOR GALICIAN STUDIES
The Centre exists to provide information and expertise on Galician language, society and culture throughout the island of Ireland. It has the largest resource on Galician studies in Ireland, in terms of books, audio-visual material and general expertise. Courses are provided in both language and culture within UCC, and are available to all. A Colloquium is organised each year on a different topic - usually related to language or literature - and visiting speakers provide a constant level of visibility on campus.
