Jenny Boylan, Professor of Creative Writing at Colby College in Maine, was visiting faculty in the English Department, U.C.C., as Jim. Her best-selling memoir I’M LOOKING THROUGH YOU: A LIFE IN TWO GENDERS was published in 2002. A frequent guest on American television programmes, including the Oprah Winfrey Show and the Larry King Show, Jenny is a highly regarded spokeswoman on gender, writing, transgender issues and the imagination.
