Biography

Suzanne Crotty joined the Electron Microscopy Facility in the BioSciences Institute, UCC in January 2007 as a Technical Officer, and looks after the day-to-day running of the Electron Microscopy Facility. Suzanne provides advice and support in electron microscopy for staff and researchers throughout UCC, and also for investigators from other third level institutions and the private sector.

Suzanne has a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Neuroscience, and is experienced in both electron and light microscopy, with a strong research background in the preparation and imaging of biological specimens for SEM and TEM.
