This customised learning experience is designed to enable graduates to kick-start their career, accelerate their learning and development and build a long-term career with Fidelity Investments.

Leap has specialised development tracks that you will learn more about as you go through the interview process. Opportunities exist in multiple roles across our Ireland locations and include:

  • Developing tools and applications for Fidelity’s internal and external clients
  • Gathering/analysing requirements from business partners and designing innovative system solutions
  • Designing, developing, testing, and implementing data software solutions using Agile methodologies
  • Supporting existing and new technologies for Fidelity systems, including server hardware and virtualization, cloud-based platforms, architecture as a service and configuration management
