SEFS Work Placement 2024

INSTRUCTIONS for completing and uploading the UNDERTAKING FORM, (please note a signature is not required, typing in your name will suffice).

  1. Log into your InPlace account, click on Staff and Students
  2. Click onShared Documents.
  3. Download the Document labelledStudent Placement Undertaking for UCC. 
  4. Fill out the form as required.
  5. Click on your name/student email on the top right corner and selectMy Details.
  6. Click on the plus sign next to Student Declaration. Select or Drag the filled form. Check the box indicating your confirmation. Click Submit.

INSTRUCTIONS for completing PLACEMENT INFORMATION on InPlace.

  1. Log into your InPlace account, click on Staff and Students
  2. Click on Confirmed and then click on the company listed underneath (your placement company).
  3. Input whatever Placement Details you have now, e.g. Emergency Contact (Next of Kin), Business Mentor (Workplace Mentor), etc. Input the rest of the information as soon as they become available to you. If you do not have a work phone number, please insert your mobile number.
  4. Click on Submit in each section to save the information.
