UCC Doctoral Showcase - Deadline for submission of abstracts, 30th March 2012

Please note the deadline for submission of abstracts for the 2012 Doctoral Showcase is Friday, March 30th at 5pm. Full details on the showcase are available at http://www.ucc.ie/en/graduatestudies/current/showcase/
All categories require the submission of a 200-word abstract or summary of their research and its importance, which will be judged for acceptance on the basis of clarity to a non-specialist reader. Entrants to The Creative Mind category must also submit a short description (less than 200 words) of how they will showcase their research.
Abstracts are to be emailed to postgradstudy@ucc.ie by 5pm on March 30th.
Late submissions will not be accepted. Abstracts should include:
1. The category of entry (three minute thesis, the grand plan, waxing lyrical, the creative mind)
2. Student name
3. Student number
4. E-mail address
5. Department/school
6. Name and email address of your supervisor(s)
