We live in a very visual world. Studying History of Art will help you to understand the complexities of this world, and will help provide you with those visual and written skills that open a number of career opportunities in areas such as web design, fashion, advertising, the media, journalism and the arts and culture industry.

Graduates of History of Art from UCC have gone on to pursue a number of careers in Ireland and abroad. We currently have graduates working in London, New York and Shanghai.
