Jane Marshall

 

Jane Marshall is a retired partner of the leading commercial law firm, McCann FitzGerald, Solicitors. She qualified as a solicitor in 1977 and throughout her legal career, spanning 40 years, specialised in the field of restructuring and insolvency and associated litigation.

 

March 2017 - She was acknowledged internationally when elected a fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy, the first Irish person to be so honoured.

 

2000/2001 – President of INSOL Europe, the European wide organisation of insolvency practitioners, the first Irish person to hold that office.

 

2002/2006 Director of INSOL International, a world-wide not for profit company, which fosters the delivery of functioning insolvency laws and education.
