About Video conferencing

Videoconferencing links two or more remote locations together so groups in each location can see and hear each other. Locations range from large lecture halls to small conference rooms.

We are in the process of expanding video conferencing capabilties throughout campus. For now, however, the following centrally bookable rooms are equipped to highest standard of quality high resolution video conferencing capabilities:

Departmental Systems

AVMS has installed a number of departmental video conference suites across the campus and can advise and assist departments in setting up their own systems. Contact your department manager for advice on how to acess departmental facilties.
