Applied Psychology

The newly accredited BA (Hons) and associated HDip present a more focused, modernised and re-structured programme, reflecting research- and practice-led teaching of the highest quality. An accredited BA represents the first step to becoming a professional psychologist. Upon successful completion of the degree, graduates will be eligible to apply to enter postgraduate training programmes in their chosen specialisation and ultimately gain employment in their area of expertise.

We are delighted to announce that the newly restructured BA (Hons) in Applied Psychology and the Higher Diploma in Psychology programmes were recently awarded full accreditation by the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI), for a period of five years from 2011.
