Bicycle Borrowing at Áras na Mac Léinn – Student Centre

In September of 2010, Áras na Mac Léinn – The Student Centre started a new initiative of bicycle borrowing. The scheme which is managed by the Information Desk staff at the centre, has been hugely successful. Initially there were two bikes; now there are seven and the fleet is set to expand further still with both staff and students borrowing the bikes to get to off-campus lectures and meetings (or lunch/shopping downtown!!!).

There is no charge!

...and the terms!
Users are requested to sign the Liability Disclaimer Form for the use of the Áras Bicycle.
Contact details, Student/Staff I.D cards and an estimated time of return are also required.
Safety Gear (helmet and high visibility jacket) will be offered to each user with a lock and key.
