Gallery Director - Ms Fiona Kearney

The Lewis Glucksman Gallery is a cultural and educational institution that promotes the research, creation and exploration of the visual arts. Located at UCC's main entrance on Western Road, the Glucksman is a landmark building that includes display spaces, lecture facilities, a riverside restaurant and gallery shop.

Designed by O’Donnell and Tuomey of Dublin, the Gallery has won several prestigeous awards in Architecture.  It was named Best Public Building by the Royal Irish Architects Institute, received a Royal Institute of British Architects award in the European Category and was one of six buildings short listed for the prestigious RIBA Stirling Prize.

Partnership Opportunities exist to name the galleries within the Glucksman and for companies or individuals who would like to sponsor forthcoming exhibitions or support the Glucksman Education and Outreach Programme.  The Outreach Programme works with schools in the region to enable children to have a first-hand encounter with the visual arts and with UCC in a relaxed and enjoyable manner.
