Biography - Diarmuid Collins

 Diarmuid Collins is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. He has previously worked in various financial roles in the UK with Whitbread and BT. Since 1996 he has been working in the public sector in Ireland, his most recent role being the National Director of Finance with the HSE. With the HSE, he was responsible for the financial management of an €11bn budget, including financial planning, financial reporting, treasury management, vote management, investments  and procurement.
