• Production of ad-hoc reports, data extracts, etc. in response to user requests. 
• Consultancy re application use and process redesign, systems planning and review, data management, etc.
• Training and support for end-users.
• Design, development and management of the data warehouse.
• Database administration.
• OMR facility for scoring of multiple-choice examinations.
• Development and management of enterprise-wide applications (e.g. MS-Exchange).
• Negotiation and liaison with application software and database suppliers
• Liaison with CAO, HEA, other universities and user groups re application requirements and development.
