Bulletin boards

The UCC bulletin-board server is available to all departments, units, projects, clubs, and societies for topic-based discussions and dissemination of information.

The difference between a bulletin-board and a mailing list is that email from a mailing list is sent privately to your personal mailbox, whereas messages on the bulletin-board are posted publicly for all to read.
