Disciplinary Procedures

The University's Disciplinary Procedures [Statute N] have recently been updated [May 2008].  The Statute comprises of the following chapters:

• Chapter 1 - Interpretation
• Chapter 2 - Tenure of Officers
• Chapter 3 - Disciplinary Procedure
• Chapter 4 - Termination of employment on grounds of physical or mental infirmity
• Chapter 5 - Repeal, commencement and citation
