The objective of INMED is to enhance medical education on the island of Ireland by bringing together individuals and organisations with an interest in and responsibilities in medical and healthcare education in a National Medical Education Network.
IVIMEDS
The International Virtual Medical School - IVIMEDS - is a worldwide partnership of leading edge medical schools and institutions, setting new standards in medical education and blending high quality e-learning and face-to-face learning in the training of health care professionals.
UMAP
The Universities Medical Assessment Partnership (UMAP) is a collaborative project open to medical schools who wish to take part in writing, quality assuring and using written assessment items benchmarked to GMC learning outcomes. The project has so far concentrated on MCQ and EMQ items. UMAP currently has 14 medical school partners.
AMSE
AMSE creates a forum for European Medical Faculties to share experiences in the fields of education,research and management. AMSE seeks to stimulate co-operation between Medical Schools in Europe and to initiate and sustain relations with other professional, governmental & non-governmental organisations in education, research and health care.
