This is to announce the upcoming session of Eye and Mind, which will take place on Thursday 15 December in West Wing 9, 6.15 - 7.45.
This month Paul Hegarty (French, UCC) and Ed Krčma (Art History, UCC) will be contesting the achievement and legacy of Édouard Manet, whose work was crucial to the formation of modernist painting, and who continues to exert a powerful influence on conceptions of what it means to make art in the modern world.
