Careers Information

The Careers Library - also known as the Careers Information Centre is based on the ground floor of the Careers Service Building at 3-4 Brighton Villas, Western Road. The office is usually the first port of call for all visitors. Although we cannot hope to have the answer to every question, the Careers Information Centre does contain a considerable amount of information and we constantly work to keep it up to date. The Information Centre is designed to be used on a self-service basis, and this website is intended to help you use the facilities constructively.

We help you to help yourself and take ownership of your career planning! It is your career and therefore your responsibility. The more preparation you have done, the more benefit you will get from the consultation! Drop-in Consultations are 20 minutes maximum. Time is limited - especially during term time. There may be other students waiting to see your advisor. If your query cannot be answered within the time allotted, you may be referred for a further drop-in session.
