About the images and how to use this page:
All available keywords related to specific topics are listed on the Notes pages of this site.
Images will be sorted in alphabetical order of the slide names in the UWA ANHB teaching slide collection.
Downloading images may take a considerable amount
of time.
Estimated download time using a 56k modem: 1-3
minutes - high magnification images will usually load faster than low
magnification images
The images may help you when you work with the microscope or during revision, but looking at these images cannot and is not intended to be a replacement for work with the microscope.
Occasionally the content of an image may not correspond to the name of the specimen, for example, the pancreas slide contained good examples of lymphoid tissue. These images can be identified by comparing the specimen name with the keywords.
