PERFORUM:

Perforum is an events series organised by the Department of Theatre. It features the work of directors, practitioners and researchers in the fields of Theatre, Drama and Performance Studies.

Students, staff, and interested members of the public and wider theatre community in Cork are invited to engage in reflection and discussion with experts in the field.

Previous contributors have included: Phelim McDermont, Carol-Ann Upton, Joff Chafer, Melissa Baker, John Calder, Jocelyn Clarke, Gerald Thomas, Ger Fitzgibbon, Tom Creed, Wayne Jordan, Aaron Monoghan, Pat MacCabe, Youth Theatre Ireland, Gerald Stembridge.

 

 

Research Centre for Interdisciplinary Resesrch in Performance Practicesw (CIRPP) 2013 - 2020 

This Research Centre is now part of Centre for Arts Research and Practice 

The Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Performance Practices (CIR), was initiated by the Department of Theatre, based in the College of Arts, Celtic Studies and Social Science (CACSSS). It brought together the various research interests of colleagues working in the field of theatre, drama, performance, digital arts, multi-media, history, languages and education.
